ELM’s engineering design services are supplied to customer by Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model. In a certain project, our customer share parts of project process with us which we design products, machines, equipment, tools, jigs and fixtures... and they focus to fulfill other parts of project. We operate as an engineering, design section in customer project organization and working synchronously with customer project mechanism in duration of project execution and after project time.
The tasks which we usually fulfill for our customer as below:
Design new machines and new products: starting with new idea without same existing type of products or without existing design for reference.
Design for renovation or creating variants for existing products: renovating existing designs for creating new product generation with improvement about functions, drive and control or creating new variant of the products for new application…
Support design process: drafting with manufacturing drawing, assembly drawing, creating Bill of material, modelling 3D for 3rd party component…
