Manufacturing order process (For oversea customer)
ELM producing by our inhouse resource in our own workshops or by our associate partners nationwide (Vietnam) to ensure collaboration of technologies, optimizing price and linking our partners into a value chain of supplies, increasing the loading fill probability for our partners . In our workshop and partner own ones, proper equipment, machine tools, inspection machine and tools are sufficient, modern, inspected and calibrated binding to national standards or international standards and codes.
Our products are strictly controlled quality before delivery to customer. Inspection tests are executed by well trained personnel following clear and scientific processes and procedures with regular calibrated, modern tools and equipment; result data are recorded, stored and handover to customer fully as per each shipment.

Our products are packed in suitable forms, assuring safety, quality until handing to customer. Products are not infected by humid and dust, scratched, cracked or broken until customer receiving successfully.
Transportation by various methods, on time delivery, flexible delivery models by truckking, airline, rail line, sea line depend on specific products and price.
Careful packaging for products
All transaction are binding into international terms of commerce (Incoterm), assuring success of any contract from PO, intermediate transportation, product handover and payment as per international regulations and practices. For each customer, sale task can be fulfilled by proper incoterm like EXW, FOB, DDP, CIF, FCA…and flexible payments like bank transfer, TT, LC…by currency Vietnam Dong or popular ones like USD, CNY, JPY, AUD…
Our major customers are Vietnam companies and companies located in Japan, Australia, Europe and Asean. Just after PO receiving, depend on product type, quantity, quality, lead time, we will manipulate our value production chain operating to adapt with customer demands. For new customer, customer can lay a sample order with sample products to ensure success of next major orders and our products are not only below show but also other products manufactured in Vietnam, customer can give us input information, we will quote price with delivery time back to customer quickly.
